(Exams, Stages, Timing & Communication)
Submitting your application is an important step — and it’s normal to feel anxious about what comes next.
This article explains how the selection process works, why some dates are not announced early, and how and when you will hear from us.
After applications close, the process follows three clear stages:
Many applicants ask for exact exam dates or timelines.
Here is why we do not publish dates in advance:
All confirmed dates are shared only when they are final.
Another common question is:
“What should I study?”
Important to know:
All official communication happens via email only.
This includes exam invitations, results, and final decisions.
There are no WhatsApp groups, phone calls, or social media confirmations.
Each year, up to two students are selected nationally.
This reflects the highly competitive nature of the programme — not a lack of effort from others.
Every eligible application is reviewed carefully.
Waiting is part of the process.
If you are shortlisted or selected, you will be contacted by email.
If you meet the eligibility criteria and feel prepared, you can submit your application online.
