16–18 years old (upper secondary level)

Screening & Eligibility
Applicants categorized by province.
Provincial Shortlisting
Top candidates advance to local assessments.
National Final Evaluation (Luanda)
Provincial winners compete for final placements.
Offer & Onboarding
Selected students begin visa and placement preparation.
Return & Career Integration
Scholars complete their studies abroad and return to Angola to begin their professional journey within the Moharra’s Group.
