Angola Brilliant Minds is a national initiative by Moharra’s Education, personally envisioned by Dr. Elizabete dos Santos to empower Angola’s youth, in partnership with Dukes Education (UK).
It identifies exceptional young talent across Angola’s 21 provinces, funds their education in the UK, and prepares them to return and lead Angola’s future.
