Created by **Moharra’s Education**, in partnership with **Dukes Education (United Kingdom)**, the initiative represents far more than a scholarship programme. It is a long-term investment in human capital — a bridge connecting Angolan talent with world-class education, built with the purpose of bringing back knowledge, leadership, and innovation. --- # **A Vision Rooted in Angola’s Growth** Behind this initiative is the vision of **Elizabete dos Santos** and the **Moharra’s Invest** team, a 100% Angolan holding company leading transformation across multiple sectors. Through its **Moharra’s Education** project, the group seeks to extend its legacy beyond business success — shaping the people who will define Angola’s next chapter. > “This is not charity,” says Elizabete dos Santos. “It is an investment in structural change. We are creating pathways for brilliant minds to learn globally and return ready to lead.” This vision reflects a deep understanding that sustainable development cannot be imported — it must be cultivated from within. By empowering promising students from all **21 provinces**, the **Angola Brilliant Minds** programme ensures that opportunity reaches every corner of the Country. --- # **Education as a Catalyst for Change** The programme identifies exceptional students and fully funds their studies in the United Kingdom, under the mentorship of **Dukes Education** — one of the most respected educational groups in the UK. But the journey does not end abroad. Every scholar commits to returning to Angola, equipped with world-class skills and a guaranteed pathway within the **Moharra’s Group** or **partner organisations** of the Angola Brilliant Minds programme — applying their knowledge in the sectors that propel national progress. This return requirement transforms the scholarship from a personal opportunity into a national mission — aligning education with purpose, talent with leadership, and learning with real impact. --- # **A Future Built by Brilliant Minds** The **Angola Brilliant Minds** programme represents a new model of transformation through education — one that values global excellence as much as local responsibility. It opens doors for young Angolans to see the world — and return to transform their own Country. As the first cycle begins, this initiative carries the hopes of families, educators, and leaders who believe that Angola’s brightest minds are not just its future — **they are its present**. All they need is the chance to open the door. Scholarship Applications Are Now Open Apply today for the Angola Brilliant Minds programme and take the first step toward your future.
